4. Customer Obligations Upon Receipt
We strongly advise customers to follow this procedure upon receiving their order:

Contents Verification: Open the package at the courier’s facility in the presence of a staff member.

Damage Reporting: If you detect physical damage, missing items, or defects, you have the right to refuse the shipment. In such cases, you must immediately file a Damage Report (claim) with the courier and notify our customer support team.
Important Note: By signing the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that the shipment has been inspected, the packaging is intact, and you have no claims regarding the appearance or completeness of the order. Once signed, the responsibility for the goods passes to the recipient.
5. Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, road blockades, or systemic logistics failures). However, we commit to making every reasonable effort to notify you of such delays and to expedite the process as soon as conditions allow.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details (Full Name, Phone Number, Branch/Address). If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the costs associated with re-shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
